What counts as a mailbox?
One unique email address you connect for warming, such as anna@yourdomain.com. Every mailbox gets its own AI Agent, 30 new outbound threads per day, and one deliverability test per month included. You pay per mailbox, and the rate falls at 6, 11, 16, 21, 51 and 101 mailboxes.
How does the rate per mailbox work?
Each mailbox is billed at the rate of the band it falls in, like tax brackets: the first five at the first rate, the next five at the second, and so on. Adding a mailbox never raises the price of the ones you already have, and the page shows the breakdown for any count.
What if I have more than 200 mailboxes?
Above 200 mailboxes the plan is Custom: unlimited mailboxes, a custom test allowance, custom warming volume, API access and onboarding with the team, sized to your domains and volume. Talk to sales for a quote.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront at a lower rate per mailbox than monthly billing; the page shows what annual saves at your count. Monthly plans have no commitment and cancel anytime.
What is a deliverability test?
A test send that reports inbox, promotions, or spam per provider, in minutes. Every mailbox includes one a month, and the Free Deliverability Test runs the same test before you buy.
Which providers can I connect?
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connect with one click through OAuth, so no password is shared and access is revocable from your account. Any other provider connects over SMTP and IMAP with an app password.
Are seed lists part of a warming plan?
No. Seed lists are a standalone product for B2C senders, priced by seed volume, with no warming plan required. Talk to sales for a quote.
