The cadence. Lemwarm runs on a daily cap. MailStrike runs on monthly allocation, so the engine can vary daily volume the way a real team does instead of producing the same number every working day.
Who the mailboxes pretend to be. MailStrike runs four personas (Fast Scanner, Avg Reader, Thorough Reader, Mobile-First), one assigned to each mailbox. Different reply rates, different dwell times, different active hours. The point is that two mailboxes on the same domain don't produce identical engagement.
What the mailboxes write about. MailStrike generates warming content from your industry and company description. Lemwarm's Smart tier introduces template-based warming (using your own templates) and a Smart Cluster that matches your industry to similar warming partners. It's a related but distinct take on personalisation: theirs personalises the network, MailStrike's personalises the content.
