Seven ways warmup is priced
Comparing warmup prices is mostly a units problem. Some vendors charge per mailbox, some per plan with a mailbox allowance, two sequencers bundle it into a flat plan, one charges by warmup emails a day, one by seed emails a day, and one quotes after a demo. The table further down converts each into a monthly cost at 10, 50 and 100 mailboxes where the vendor publishes enough to do that honestly.
- Per mailbox: MailReach, Lemwarm, Warmup Inbox, Folderly. A monthly price per connected mailbox, sometimes stepping down in bands. The cost scales exactly with the mailbox count.
- Per plan with a mailbox count: Mailwarm, Warmbox. Plans that include one, three, six or ten mailboxes; above the top plan the vendor quotes.
- Flat plan, unlimited email accounts: Instantly, Smartlead. Sequencers that bundle warmup: the plan price does not move with the number of mailboxes connected, because you are buying sending capacity.
- By warmup emails a day: TrulyInbox. A daily warmup volume with unlimited accounts; the vendor states which plan suits which inbox count.
- By seed emails a day: InboxAlly. Not warmup pricing at all: you pay for how many of the vendor's seed addresses engage with your live campaigns each day.
- Quoted after a demo: Warmy. No published figure; volume-based plans priced on a call.
- Testing only, no warmup: GlockApps, Mail-Tester. Placement or spam-score testing sold on credits or free; no warming to price.
MailStrike is priced per plan with a mailbox allowance: Solo for one mailbox, Growth for up to six, Professional for up to twenty, and a Custom plan above that. The numbers are in the pricing section below and on the pricing page.
Monthly cost at 10 mailboxes
Monthly cost at 10 mailboxes, USD, on the plan each vendor publishes for that count
At 10, 50 and 100 mailboxes
Each row is the vendor's own published figure for the plan that covers that mailbox count, with the basis stated under the name. A dash means the vendor publishes no figure for that count: it quotes, or it prices by a unit that does not convert. 7 of the 13 vendors publish at least one figure.

MailStrike makes one of the tools compared here. Every competitor price is read from that vendor's own pricing page on the date shown and re-verified quarterly; where the vendor publishes no price, the row says so.

MailStrike's pricing
Annual billing is the price of ten months for twelve; the monthly rate is the annual rate plus the premium. From the pricing page:
- Solo: $18 a month billed annually, $22 monthly, 1 mailbox.
- Growth: $45 a month billed annually, $54 monthly, up to 6 mailboxes.
- Professional: $92 a month billed annually, $110 monthly, up to 20 mailboxes.
- Custom: quoted, unlimited mailboxes.
Read against the table: at 10 mailboxes MailStrike is the Professional plan, which covers up to 20, so the per-mailbox cost falls as the set grows toward that. At 50 and 100 mailboxes the Custom plan is quoted, and this page does not guess at it. Warmup Inbox's Basic plan is lower per inbox than MailStrike at 10 mailboxes, and its comparison page says so; the difference buys a warming method that Google and Microsoft do not detect, which is the case each comparison makes row by row.
